SHIPPING GUIDE

LILIEF provides free shipping on SGD 50+ via Singapore Post to Singapore region within 2-3 working days and there is SGD 4 delivery charge on orders under SGD 50. 

 

TNT to rest of countries in approximately 7-15 working days if product is in stock. Some regions may require a 10% international tax.

 

Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and a tracking number. You, or an authorized person, must sign for your order upon arrival. This ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, Singapore Post will send a message to your mobile.  

 

REFUND & EXCHANGE

*Please note that these rules apply to individual customers and not to wholesalers.

REFUND :

You may return any product ordered on LILIEF website or Offline shops for refund or exchange within seven (7) calendar days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in new and unworn condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

EXCHANGE :

To exchange a product, please contact customer service at lilief2016@gmail.com. You may exchange the product for another item of equal or greater value within seven (7) days of delivery. Items may only be exchanged once.

RETURN COSTS :

Please be advised that return costs will be borne by the customer unless the reason for return is damaged merchandise or an incorrectly processed order.

To return a product, please complete and enclose the return/exchange form included with your shipment along with the original invoice. Securely repackage your item. We recommend selecting an insured and track-able shipping method as you are responsible for the product until it is returned back to LILIEF does not take title to any returned products until they are received by us.

FREE GIFT & COSMETICS :

Cosmetics, Gift cards, Online-gift cards and sale merchandise are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund, credit, or exchange, unless the reason for return is damaged or defective merchandise, or an incorrectly processed order.

MUST INFORM US WITHIN 7DAYS, OTHERWISE,

LILIEF reserves the right to deny any returns or exchanges if the items do not meet the policy requirements, or have been returned beyond the return/exchange period of 7 calendar days.

b. Refund : It will be refunded. Will be credited back to your credit card within 5 to 7 working days after the merchant cancels the authorization of payment.

a. Exchange : Misplaced item will be replaced with correct item (There's no charge for delivery fee).

b. Refund : It will be refunded.

3) Warranty Period : No warranty. Please contact customer services as soon as possible

4) Claim Factor : Put wrong delivery address by customer

*No exchange or no refund. We can amend correct address before item is dispatched. But once dispatched, you may request item to return from wrong receiver. (Please note that additional delivery costs would be caused)

3. Packing, Container

1) Claim Factor : Defect on brush, pump, cap, tube or malfunction, poor-quality assemblies, container cracks or leaks

4. Skin, Body side effects

1) Claim Factor : Feel Itching, Stinging, Burning, Redness, Skin Peeling, Inflammation, Small breakouts, Rashes, Other body abnormalities

a. Exchange : Faulty goods replace with a new one (There's no charge for delivery fee).

* Compensation for medical expenses : In regard to payment of medical expenses, it shall be the purpose of treating a disease prescribed by a dermatologist. However, there must be a causal relationship between the use of cosmetics and the proof of trouble occurred at that time. In the case of the side effects caused by plastic surgery or cosmetic procedure, it's impossible to pay medical expenses.

1) Claim Factor : Malfunction of Compressor, Spray gun, Power button, No liquid coming out, Fluid leaks, Faulty needle, Vibration due to Sensor Failure, etc.

a. Exchange : Faulty goods replace with a new one.

b. Refund : No refund.

*If the product has a defect on device itself, can be exchanged. However, damage or breakage of the equipment due to customer's fault (e.g. dropping) or damages caused by fires, explosions, floods or other accidents can not be exchanged or refunded.

3) Warranty Period :1 year of purchasing

a. Within the warranty period : Replacement and repairs can be applied only to problems caused from product itself. Problems caused by customer negligence, etc. won't be applied. During the warranty period, LILIEF will replace and repair the product due to product defects.
However, the cost of the repairs that result from customer's negligence will be borne by the customer. This amount will include round-trip shipping to the factory, replacement and repair costs.

b. Warranty has expired : Repairs will be charged for the product itself or for problems caused by customers' negligence.

c. Spare Part Purchase: You will be charged for shipping and purchase costs for additional purchases of spare parts (nozzles, heads, containers, etc.). Please contact customer service for cost estimating.

1) Claim Factor : Damaged products due to customer's negligence, Decreased products values by customer's use, Having skin troubles using it with other products, Damaged after unpacking containers or package, No longer available to resell as time passed, Replica products

4) Claim Factor : Unsatisfactory in item (contents, feelings, colors, flavor, effects, tastes, etc.)

a. Exchange : It shall be exchangeable if It must be a new product that has not been used or unpacked, so that it can be resold. (Delivery fee would be caused).
